Liz Agadi earned her Ph.D. in Integrated Biomedical Sciences (2017) and B.S. in Biochemistry (2012, magna cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame, where she was awarded a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and coauthored 12 publications. She also served as a Christian missionary, further developing her desire to make a difference in the lives of others. 

After completing her education, Liz worked as an Innovation Consultant at enFocus and a Graduate Career Services Consultant at Notre Dame. She is now a stay-at-home mother of two young boys and enjoys volunteering her time as a career coach for under-resourced international students applying to PhD programs.

Liz is a dedicated lifelong member of the People of Praise. As a recipient of Trinity's Graduate Award, class of 2006, Liz is a grateful member of Trinity's community of learners. She brings to the Trinity Academy Board of Trustees her strong scientific background, strengths as a critical thinker, collaborator, lifelong learner, and compassionate listener, as well as a commitment to understanding diverse perspectives and seeking solutions that benefit all stakeholders.

John Garvey is the Clynes Distinguished Visiting Professor at Notre Dame Law School. He was President of The Catholic University of America from 2010 to 2022. For eleven years he was the Dean of the Boston College Law School. He is a past President of the Association of American Law Schools.

Mr. Garvey has practiced law with Morrison & Foerster, and taught at Notre Dame, Michigan, and Kentucky. He is a life member of the American Law Institute. From 1981-1984 he was Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States.

He is the author or coauthor of numerous books, most recently The Virtues (Catholic University Press 2022). He has written columns for the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Boston Globe, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, The Atlantic, and the Chronicle of Higher Education. He has appeared on major news networks including ABC, CBS, Fox, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, National Public Radio, and the BBC. For his writings about law and religion he has won the Catholic Press Association award and the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit book award. Mr. Garvey and his wife Jeanne Walter Garvey have five children, and 26 grandchildren that include current Trinity students.

Adam Kronk serves the Institute for Ethics and the Common Good at the University of Notre Dame as its director of research and external engagement. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight for the ND-IBM Tech Ethics Lab, leads various grant-funded initiatives, and helps translate the work of interdisciplinary scholars into practical application. He holds a doctorate of education—focused on how organizations operationalize values—from Vanderbilt University; he also earned his master’s degree in nonprofit administration and bachelor’s degree in English literature, both summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Centering the dignity of the human person has served as his central motivation in a career that has involved leading and working with homeless families, rural Cambodian teachers, high school and college students, and C-suite executives at a publicly-traded manufacturing company.

During his six-year tenure as Head of School at La Lumiere School (an independent, Catholic boarding and day school in LaPorte, Indiana), Adam also served on the board—ultimately as vice chair—of the Independent School Association of the Central States, leading several accreditation review teams. Firmly convinced that we are all wired to serve one another and “do the right thing,” Adam focuses on increasing the odds of that happening in whatever contexts present themselves.

Kevin Kwilinski has a distinguished, nearly 30-year career in the packaging industry, having most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Berry Global until April 2025. Over the last 15 years, he has led multiple companies, serving as CEO for Multi-Color Corporation, Fort Dearborn Company, Paperworks Industries, and Portola Packaging. His executive tenure is characterized by a focus on driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years at Graphic Packaging in various positions spanning general management, supply chain, operations, and sales. He holds a master’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics from Greenville College.

Kevin was instrumental in the incorporation of Trinity Academy and the transition work to the new school year, demonstrating a profound commitment to the Trinity mission. In the school’s earliest phase, he provided critical leadership by serving as volunteer executive director until the first full-time executive director was hired in November 2025. He and his wife Amy, are the parents of six children, two of whom attended Trinity. They continue to volunteer their time by supporting the school’s athletic programs; Kevin contributes to the track and cross country teams, while Amy serves as the volunteer head coach. He brings his proven discipline of strategic leadership and commitment to long-term success to his role on the board, helping to guide the vision of Trinity Academy.

Rich Preuss is the immediate past president of the Healy Group, a financial services firm. Having spent over 40 years with the firm and becoming an owner in 1986, he specialized in offering clients professional and informed direction on their financial well-being. He obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations to bolster this expertise. Rich now focuses on estate planning, efficiently distributing assets in retirement, and helping clients deploy wealth toward charitable causes using sophisticated strategies. He also mentors the younger advisors who will eventually succeed him, ensuring the continuation of the firm's commitment to clients.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Rich graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He continued his studies at Notre Dame, earning a Master of Arts in Theology in 1982. He is a dedicated member of the People of Praise and, with his wife Beth, is a proud parent of ten children, all of whom are graduates of Trinity.

Rich views his life's work as a mission to align financial strategy with deeply held values, recognizing that effective use of resources creates opportunities for personal growth and community betterment. This commitment to service has led him to be involved in numerous boards and industry associations over the years. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of WorkLight, a national ministry focused on integrating faith and work. He is delighted to spend his spare time with family, reading, and dedicatedly working his way through the Appalachian Trail (with 721 miles completed and 1,476 to go).
